My China Story 2023 - The 5th International Short Video Competition
“第三只眼看中国”是中国外文局2018年创办的多语种短视频国际传播品牌，迄今为止已成功举办四届。大赛面向中外创作者征集多语种多形态中国主题短视频，讲述中国探索世界的精彩历程，聚拢散落在世界各地的中国故事。
My China Story is a multilingual short video international communication brand founded by China Foreign Languages Publishing Administration in 2018. So far, it has successfully hosted four editions of the competition. The competition invites creators from China and abroad to submit multilingual short videos on diverse Chinese themes, telling the exciting stories of China's exploration of the world and gathering Chinese stories scattered around the world.
本届大赛覆盖英国、美国、法国、德国、意大利、瑞典、日本等80多个国家和地区，征集到来自世界各地的作品共计57865件，最终围绕“行走世界，发现中国”“身在中国，记录你我”“宜居城市，美丽乡村”“食见中国，吃遍全球”“郑州奇妙游”“行走河南，读懂中国”6个单元，共评选出各类奖项96个，多形态多维度地呈现了可信、可爱、可敬的中国形象。

＜中国／克罗地亚／携手合作＞
Award-winning work Jiuzhai Valley on the Belt and Road
纪录片《“一带一路”上的九寨情》，讲述了以“中科院成都生物研究所”和“克罗地亚萨格勒布大学团队”为依托的“中国－克罗地亚生物多样性和生态系统服务‘一带一路’联合实验室”，为两国自然遗产地——九寨沟和克罗地亚普利特维采湖群国家公园的生态保育作出重要贡献的故事，用镜头展现了“一带一路”背景下，中克两国的紧密合作和友好往来。
The documentary Jiuzhai Valleyon the Belt and Road tells the story of Ecosystem Services Belt and Road Joint Laboratory, based on the Chengdu Institute of Biology under the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the team from the University of Zagreb, Croatia. It highlights the important contributions of this joint laboratory to the ecological conservation of two natural heritage sites in both countries: Jiuzhai Valley in China and the Plitvice Lakes National Park in Croatia. Through the lens, it showcases the close cooperation and friendly exchanges between China and Croatia in the context of the Belt and Road initiative.

2023年是共建“一带一路”倡议提出十周年，央视新闻诚邀10位国内外导演，共创10部记录短片，回望我们共同走过的不凡历程。Chengdu Plus也受邀其中，拍摄制作了该双语纪录片，并于10月11日，通过CCTV-13《24小时》栏目首播。四川北部的九寨沟与克罗地亚普利特维采湖群国家公园这两颗被「一带一路」这条长长的「银丝线」串在一起的东西方宝石，展现在了全球多个国家和地区的亿万观众面前。
2023 marks the tenth anniversary of the Belt and Road initiative. CCTV News invited ten directors from China and abroad to create ten documentary short films, looking back on the remarkable journey we have taken together. Chengdu Plus was also invited to participate and produced this bilingual documentary, which premiered on October 11th on CCTV-13's program 24 Hours. The beauty of Jiuzhai Valley in northern Sichuan and the Plitvice Lakes National Park in Croatia was presented to millions of viewers in various countries and regions worldwide.
作品简介
来自克罗地亚的安德卡教授十多年前第一次来到九寨沟，从事藻类研究的她被九寨如画的风景和丰富的物种所打动。此后，她多次往返中国与克罗地亚，并与中科院成都生物所在九寨沟生物多样性保护方面展开了深入合作。2019年，安德卡教授被四川省政府授予了“天府友谊奖”，以表彰她作为外籍专家对四川省做出的突出贡献。2023恰逢共建“一带一路”倡议提出十周年，中国与世界的合作成为了推动构建中国与世界命运共同体的生动实践。

纪录片《“一带一路”上的九寨情》由Chengdu Plus “卢敏纪录片工作室”的首席导演马骐骁、首席导演卢敏及其团队拍摄制作。卢敏纪录片工作室由成都市广播电视台国际传播中心首席导演卢敏牵头，聚集多位富有激情和创作力的优秀纪录片青年导演，以拍摄多语种纪录片为内容，先后制作了中英双语系列纪录片《寻漆中国的法国漆匠》《外国作家笔下的百年成都》《“一带一路”上的九寨情》等优秀纪录片，荣获中国新闻奖，国家广电总局优秀国产纪录片，四川新闻奖以及中国外文局，国家广电总局等国家权威机构颁发的国家奖项，工作室作品多次入围法国，俄罗斯，印度等国际影展。
The documentary Jiuzhai Valley on the Belt and Road was produced by Chengdu Plus and directed by the chief director Ma Qixiao and chief director Lu Min, along with their team. Lu Min Documentary Studio, led by Lu Min, the chief director of the International Broadcasting Center, has gathered a group of passionate and creative young documentary directors. They have produced several multilingual documentary series, such as A French Lacquer Artist in China, Portraits of Chengdu by Foreign Writers in the last Century, and Jiuzhai Valley on the Belt and Road. These outstanding documentaries have won awards such as the China News Award, the Outstanding Domestic Documentary Award from the National Radio and Television Administration, the Sichuan News Award, and national awards from the China Foreign Languages Publishing Administration and the National Radio and Television Administration. The studio's works have also been selected for international film festivals in France, Russia, India, and other countries.

深耕成都本土文化，具有丰富的纪录片拍摄经验，曾多次参与国际电影节纪录片环节展演，多部作品多次荣获各类国家级大奖。2022年创作的《寻漆中国的法国漆匠》斩获第四届“第三只眼看中国” 国际短视频大赛一等奖和最佳摄影奖单项奖。

参与Chengdu Plus多部获奖作品的视觉设计工作，主要负责纪录片制作后期的视觉元素创建、设计和布局，为一部优秀纪录片的诞生锦上添花。

The excellent team and professional content creation abilities have allowed Chengdu Plus to achieve great success in My China Story International Short Video Competition. To date, Chengdu Plus has won awards for eight works in the competition, such as Jiuzhai Valley on the Belt and Road,A French Lacquer Artist in China, Choo's Story In China , Even Parks Have'Black Technology' , International Couples Take on the Roadside Food Challenge, Hello, Kids, Chengdu in the Eyes of an American Nature Photographer and The Life of A Nepali in Two Cities .
