10月16日-至19日，2023年法国戛纳秋季电视节在法国戛纳举行。
时隔五年，中国再次以「主宾国」身份亮相这一全球最大、影响力最强的视听产业内容市场，并连续十余年在此设立「中国联合展台」，为中外影视行业的交流合作搭建长效平台。
Five years later, China once again made its appearance as Country of Honour at the world's largest and most influential audiovisual content market, setting up the China Joint Pavilion for over ten years in a row to establish a long-term platform for exchange and cooperation between the Chinese and international film and television industries.

本届「主宾国」活动以「精彩中国，故事无限」为主题，共举办了五场官方活动，包括视听内容生产与国际传播高峰论坛、中国新作品推介会、中国动画国际交流合作推介会、戛纳·上海视听精品推介会、第六届Wisdom in China中国原创节目模式推介会等。国内外行业代表、视听机构负责人、学者、专家等齐聚一堂，围绕「科技赋能 数字生产」「国际合拍 文化互鉴」「精彩中国 故事无限」三大主题交流互动，探讨中国故事的国际化表达。
在「中国新作品推介会」现场，35家来自中国广电、视听机构的200余名代表，集中推介了200余部中国优秀视听作品。成都市广播电视台、成都广播影视集团携优质节目内容参展，向世界展示了当今中国的新科技、新发展、新面貌，让世界通过视听作品了解一个更加真实的中国。戛纳电视节组委会主席米歇尔·菲尔兹，对中国能够作为主宾国重新回归本届秋季戛纳电视节的舞台，表达了由衷的喜悦和期待，他表示，戛纳很荣幸能够接待中国这样一个文化大国，中国本身也很擅长讲好他们的故事。
At the China New Productions Showcase, more than 200 representatives from 35 Chinese radio and television organizations gathered to present over 200 outstanding Chinese audiovisual productions. Chengdu Radio and Television, along with Chengdu Broadcasting (Group) Corporation, showcased high-quality program content, presenting China's new technologies, developments, and contemporary aspects, allowing the world to understand a more authentic China through audiovisual productions. Michel Filzi, the President of the MIPCOM organizing committee, expressed genuine joy and anticipation for China's return as Country of Honour to the MIPCOM stage. He stated that Cannes is honored to welcome such a culturally rich nation as China, which excels at telling its stories.

Poetry, traditional Chinese clothing (Hanfu), music, and musical theater...Within the 350-square-meter China Joint Pavilion, there was a bustling atmosphere with people showing great interest in the rich Chinese elements emanating from Chengdu Radio and Television's booth. Large-scale cultural programs such as The Three Su Shrine 2023: Calming the Waves - A Meld of Poetry and Music and the documentary series Eminent Literary Figures of Sichuan and Memory of Humanity: China's World Heritage Sites - Qingcheng Mountain and Dujiangyan along with the musical drama Jin Sha radiated the captivating charm of China's outstanding traditional culture in a foreign land.

Chengdu Radio and Television's International Broadcasting Center (Chengdu Plus) presented multiple excellent works in various languages at their booth. Works such as A French Lacquer Artist in China, Tianfu Culture Dialogues with the World, Tastes of Life, and Amazing Transport in China were showcased and received unanimous praise from numerous overseas media companies present. They also attracted dozens of audiovisual media companies from around the world seeking ways to collaborate.
展览期间，第81届世界科幻大会在成都盛大开幕，来自全球各地的科幻迷跨越文化、跨越国界共赴盛会。由成都广播电视台国际传播中心Chengdu Plus团队制作的科幻短片《我的科幻梦》也在展台播出。中国科幻之都的科幻梦也漂洋过海来到了法国。
During the exhibition period, the 81st World Science Fiction Convention opened grandly in Chengdu, with science fiction enthusiasts from all over the world coming together, transcending cultures and borders. The science fiction short film My Science Fiction Dream, produced by Chengdu Radio and Television's International Broadcasting Center (Chengdu Plus), was also screened at the booth. The science fiction dreams of China's science fiction capital had crossed the seas to France.
